- You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for all activities under your account.
- Information provided must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

When you use the site or communicate with us by email/WhatsApp/SMS, you consent to receive communications electronically and agree that such communications satisfy legal requirements for written communication.
4. Legal Usage & Compliance

5. Orders & Cancellations
- Orders are offers to purchase and subject to acceptance and availability.
- We may cancel or limit quantities for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or regulatory reasons. You will be notified and refunded where applicable.
- Custom or made-to-order items may be non-cancelable/non-returnable unless defective under applicable law.
6. Returns & Exchanges
- Eligible returns/exchanges are accepted within the window stated on our Returns & Refunds Policy.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags/packaging intact. Hygiene/clearance/customized items are excluded.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method after quality checks; shipping/handling may be non-refundable.
7. Payment Methods & GST
We accept secure online payments via Razorpay. Card and bank data is processed directly by Razorpay; we do not store full card details. Prices are in INR unless stated. Applicable taxes (including GST) are shown at checkout and on tax invoices.
8. Data Security & Privacy
We use SSL/TLS encryption, firewalls, and access controls. Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains data collection, use, cookies, retention, and grievance redressal.
9. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping options, charges, and estimated timelines are shown at checkout and in your order email. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details. Delays due to courier/force majeure are outside our control, but we will assist with tracking and resolution. Risk of loss passes upon delivery to your address or designated pickup.
10. Intellectual Property
All content (text, graphics, logos, photos, videos, product data) is owned by or licensed to TECHEDGE PRO. No reproduction, distribution, or derivative works without written permission. Trademarks and trade dress may not be used without consent.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Courts/tribunals in India shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law applies.
12. Updates to Agreement
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updates are effective upon posting on this page. Continued use implies acceptance.
