Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by TechEdge Pro

Your order may be cancelled by our team due to reasons including but not limited to:

  • Stock unavailability or quantity limitations
  • Pricing or product description errors
  • Fraud-prevention or payment security flags

If your order is cancelled after your card/account has been charged, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

2. Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders already processed, manufactured, customized, or shipped cannot be cancelled.
  • Cancellations are not possible once production or shipment has started.

3. Refunds & Timelines

  • Refunds are made to the same payment method used during purchase (via Razorpay).
  • Processing time: within 30 days of approval (bank/provider speeds may vary).
